We are a Podiatry clinic located on Grand Plaza Drive, across the road from Grand Plaza Shopping Centre. We are situated within a block of shops that includes Swimmart, HELP employment, and Browns Plains Hardware with on-site customer and staff car parking.

The practice is owned by Leonie and Wayne Robinson, and is home to many Allied Health professions including Podiatry, Speech Pathology, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Reflexology.
As part of our team we have five full time podiatrists supported by our practice manager and three part time receptionists.

We encourage personal attitudes of ownership, accountability and responsibility, over blame, excuses and denial. This plays an integral part of our team building and professional interactions.
In return for this commitment it is important our clinic have an open and transparent approach about its performance security and in doing so, team members are expected to be dutiful in following clinical rules and procedures. These include punctuality, adhering to professional and clinical attire with enclosed footwear worn at all times, other occupational health and safety procedures and providing professional health care for our patients.

Patient care commences from the initial telephone interactions of our support staff, to the waiting room and the hospitality they are shown, culminating with a professional empathetic and accurate treatment approach from our clinicians.
With every patient contact we have an opportunity to endear our patients, care for our patients and ultimately, turn them into human billboards for our clinic. Understandably then we also have the opportunity to let them down and portray our brand in a bad light.
